Dream Life or Real Life

Sometimes when I sleep and there are certain exciting events that happen in my dream and when someone wakes me up,I get angry with the person who interrupts the flow of my sweet dream,But if it is a nightmare, I just thank the person for saving me.
When I wake up in the morning ,I say my prayers and thank God for giving me the gift of life,It is not easy to sleep and wake up the next day,i just keep wondering how it is possible that when we dream at night we find ourselves in another world ,most times with known and unknown people,only to wake up to another day.
I had a friend,Anthony Ayodele (God bless his soul) we were colleagues, but very close pals. We were always saying naughty things to each other and teasing each other ,often times I would embarass him in public and get away with it,of course I could only do that because we were pals. He would say to me "when I become the richest man in the world I will employ you to clean my shoes" and I would get furious over such statements,but they were all jokes,we would sit down and start analyzing people often times it always ended with an argument and betting who would win the argument.
We ate together for the last time on the 20th of June 2007 and as usual I teased him of his bad eating manners,which resulted into an argument between us,I really embarassed him in front of everyone and being his usual self, he just smiled and told me the food was going to his legs to enable him stand tall and strong .
I left the office before him,because he had some things to sort out,If I was told that he would sleep for the last time and never wake up ,I would have told him not to sleep
My friend ,Anthony Ayodele, slept some minutes past midnight hale and hearty and did not wake up the following day.
He went to the great beyond via sleep,We tried to wake him up but he prefered to remain in his dream land and refused to wake up. I wonder what he saw that made him decide to remain in his dream land
Such is life.
We sleep and wake up while some sleep and prefer to remain in their dream land
